Tonite somebody put their car where it should totally not be! Seriously appeared as if intention was to drive OFF the promenade and do a vehicular swan dive onto the BQE. Seriously.
Tonite somebody put their car where no car should be. It seriously looks like intention was to take a flyer off the Promenade onto the BQE! Not sure if anyone was hurt, arrested, etc. For sure the barrier took a shot and needs repair.
